Shipping policy

All items are dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class post unless:

- The order total is over 2kg 
- A different couriers agreed upon prior to dispatch

Current time until dispatch on all quilled pieces is approximately 4 weeks.
If you require an item by a specific date please let me know as soon as possible. 

Royal Mail Strikes

There may be delays which are out of our control due Royal Mail industrial action. These are out of our control and if Royal Mail are unable to meet their timelines, we won't be able to issue a refund; however, we will make every effort to resolve any issues as soon as possible. 

Return shipping will be at your own cost and postage price will not be refunded.
